The C-Form is one of the three main tax forms in the Netherlands (along with the M and P forms). The C-Form is for non-resident taxpayers, which should be kept in mind when preparing your annual tax return. This is because it allows non-residents of the Netherlands to settle their taxes with the Dutch tax authority, the Belastingdienst. If you are resident in the Netherlands, you should replace Form C with Form P (assuming you have been registered for the whole year). If the taxpayer deregisters during the year, he/she must use form M.
